Marketing Program Manager

Job Description and Requirements

This Miami Florida based position is responsible for developing, managing and executing marketing initiatives, strategic programs and special events for the InPhonex/VarPhonex  team.

Be an integral member of the small, dedicated team as we expand our business to our present and new indirect/direct clients.

 Work closely with a cross-functional, Inphonex/Varphonex group to implement creative new marketing strategies. If you are passionate about technology marketing, flexible and entrepreneurial, you can make an immediate impact.

As a member of the corporate marketing team, this role will report to the marketing manager to support customer communication activities and successful marketing programs.

  • This role’s primary responsibilities will be to manage content development, and implementation around marketing programs and other company marketing efforts to enhance experience and grow market share by bringing the brand to life at the online level.

  • Co-ordinate day-to-day project management and communication as one of the executors of online marketing programs.

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Corporate and strategic initiatives, clear communication, seamless integration and timely execution of the marketing program deliverables. Cross-functional teams include and are not limited to: Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, Training, Merchandising, Procurement, Public Relations and Third Party Vendors.

  • Interface on a day-to-day basis with manager.

  • Work with sales Operations to communicate all program details to the field, which may include posting to Wiki (internal communications tool), online presentation, conference calls or a combination of all of above to ensure smooth execution and appropriate level of enthusiasm, execution and awareness at the online level.

  • Provide recaps and results on events and programs to determine success of overall objectives and recommendations for next steps.

  • Clearly set expectations and establish accountability for deadlines with all related cross functional teams involved with program development and execution.

  • Work in tandem with Senior Manager Marketing to ensure seamless integration and execution of marketing plans, outbound communication and seasonal campaigns, working within a 6-month planning timeline, including launch activities.

  • Collaborate with marketing manager to develop programs that attract new talent, build awareness and drive qualified traffic, supporting the “More Than an online” experience.

  • Partner with and advise individual sales teams to develop and grow their baseline results.

  • Manage new client events and content development and marketing deliverables.

  • Manage content development for workshop scripts, and web.

  • Support day-to-day estimate, PO processes and overall budget management in partnership with marketing Manager, Graphic Designer and finance team.

  • Meet program objectives and provide program deliverables within timelines and on budget.

  • Contribute ideas and help educate and inspire planning team about upcoming marketing promotions, liaison for press and external marketing firm.

  • Craft creative briefs and co-ordinate approval with key parties. Brief should encompass the entire scope of a project - from development, communication to implementation on all marketing deliverables. (Web, etc.)

  • Develop relationships with local partners, schools, creative professionals, organizations and associations to help enhance the offerings and event strategies in the theatre and build opportunities for cross-partnerships.

  • Ensure that as programs and events are updated or changed that the details are communicated and updated on all levels and in all instances - web, print, etc.

  • Manage, track and reconcile marketing budget expenses in partnership with manager, with best practices and guidelines for responding to customer and community group requests (such as donations, merchandise contributions, local advertising).

  • Manage and review all marketing materials to ensure items are properly localized and culturally relevant.

  • Minimum 5 years marketing experience on client or agency side, highly detail-orientated, demonstrated project management expertise in producing programs on time and within budget parameters, strong communication skills and ability to act as liaison with cross-functional teams, creative, and a team player.
