Will VarPhonex build or host my web site?
No, VarPhonex does not build web sites.  We offer resellers a site they can copy and see how the A to Z rates and account login information can be easily integrated.  In the future, we will offer API so that a resellers web site can communicate with our system.  In addition, we will offer a templated site solution that lets a reseller build and customize their own site to handle marketing the service and communicating with our system.  It is not necessary to have a web site to become a Certified Reseller; we offer a generic site that allows your users access to their accounting information for those who choose not to have their site designed. We do not offer web-hosting services at this time and it will not matter where your site is hosted for it to offer the services and future integration. In addition, you should sign up for your own e-commerce solution, as you will be handling all communication with the customer including billing. It is our goal to someday offer our resellers access to our proprietary system, which will enhance and streamline our communications and billing.

How do my clients access the Control Panel and other features from the web?
Within your web site you will have a page where the clients can login to the customized control panel that we provide you. This page needs to be a “frameset” and the body of the frame will point to an IP address that we provide. The navigation bar and header will be served from your site to assure the branding of your logos. This will mask our identity and quickly provide you a branded entry point for your clients. In addition, you focus on the content, design and translation of your web site while we worry about making it all work seamlessly.
